By electing to enroll in the Ricci Vineyards wine membership program, you are admitting and adhering to the following terms and conditions:

• I am at least 21 years of age.
• I agree to have my credit card charged in accordance to the terms outlined in the Ricci Vineyards membership program. This includes the charge for wine, shipping costs, and any applicable taxes.
• I acknowledge that I will submit any cancellation requests to the membership program in writing and provide adequate notice of these requests prior to any billing dates for the shipments.
• I am responsible for any misdirected shipments and the cost associated with reshipping misdirected orders.
• I have submitted a shipping address where a responsible person 21 years or older is able to receive and sign for wine shipments.
• My enrollment is controlled by Ricci Vineyards and can be discontinued at any time at their discretion.
