General Questions
Q: Where can we find your wine?
A: Although we plan to be present in restaurants and wine shops, our distribution network is in its infancy. The most dependable place to find our wine is directly through us, either through our membership program or our online shop (which can be found here).
Q: Do you have a tasting room that I can visit?
A: Presently, no. If all goes well, we will explore the idea of having a physical brick and mortar establishment. We will let you know when that happens!
Q: Do you make any sweet wine, sparkling wine, etc.?
A: All of our wines lean towards the dry side and we don't have a sparkling wine to offer (yet). If sweet wines are more your style, we encourage you to give our wines a try anyway. We feel pretty confident that you'll be swayed.
Q: If I make a purchase in your online store, is my CC information secure?
A: Absolutely. Our site's connection is secure, which means you can place orders online and rest assured that any information submitted is very safe.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: If making a purchase through the online store, we accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. When enrolling in the membership program, all major credit cards are accepted.
Q: Do you offer exchanges or refunds on wine purchases?
A: Generally, with regard to wine purchases, all sales are final. For our wine policy, you can read it here.
Shipping Questions
Q: How much does it cost to have wine shipped to me?
A: The cost varies depending on the quantity of wine purchased, but we have created a general shipping table that can be accessed here.
Q: If I want to buy your wine and have it shipped, are there states you are not allowed to ship to?
A: Shipping wine can be a tricky thing and there are some states where shipping legalities are pretty rigid (Utah for example). If you live in a state where shipping might be an issue, please reach out to us to see what options are available.
Q: Is it possible to pick up my wine order instead of having it shipped?
A: Yes. There is a pickup option that can be selected during the checkout process for those who prefer to retrieve their order personally. If you are a customer that lives within our immediate area, we are happy to personally deliver your wine as well.
Membership Questions
Q: If I join your membership program, when will you charge me for the wine?
A: In the membership program we process orders twice a year, in April and in October. Billing will occur on the 1st day of these months.
Q: Will you contact me prior to my member shipment being processed?
A: Yes. We will send a notification by email approximately 2 weeks prior to processing any payments for the wine member shipments.
Q: If I need to withdraw from the membership program or skip a shipment, is that possible?
A: Absolutely. You can skip shipments as you like, or remove yourself from the program altogether if you need to. HOWEVER, please submit your request, by email, to skip or cancel prior to the billing day for the nearest upcoming shipment (April 1st or October 1st). Please note that consecutive requests to skip may also result in forfeiture of your membership. If need be, you may also fill out a cancellation request here if you prefer.
Q: What if I am a member and don't want my wine shipped?
A: If you previously elected to pickup, or you contact us prior to the shipment being billed and request to retrieve your wine personally, we can certainly accommodate your request. We can also, within reason, make arrangements to have your wine delivered to our local area for free.
Q: I'm in your membership program. What wines will I be receiving?
A: Prior to your order being processed, we will notify you what you are scheduled to receive via email. You will have the option to adjust or add wines to your shipment at that time.
Q: I enrolled as a member. When can I expect my 1st shipment?
A: We've outlined it for you below:
• Enrollment date is after 10/1 - 1st shipment will be in April of the following year.
• Enrollment date is after 4/1, but before 10/1 - 1st shipment will be in October of the current year.
• Enrollment date is before 4/1 - 1st shipment will be in April of the current year.
Q: Is it possible to buy your wine but not join the membership program?
A: Of course! We encourage you to buy however you wish, but inventory will always be set aside for our members. If we sell out through our online store, there's not much we can do.
Q: If I'm signing up for the program online, why do you contact me afterward?
A: We pride ourselves on personal connections, so we contact each prospective member to ensure there are no questions left unanswered before they commit to the program. If an individual feels confident to move forward, we gather their payment information over the phone (if not already collected) and save it securely.
