Q: Where can we find your wine? A: Although we plan to be present in restaurants and wine shops, our distribution network is in its infancy. The most dependable place to find our wine is directly through us, either through our allocation program or our online shop (which can be found here).
Q: If I want to buy your wine and have it shipped, are there states you are not allowed to ship to? A: Shipping wine can be a tricky thing and there are some states where shipping legalities are pretty rigid (Utah for example). If you live in a state where shipping might be an issue, we will let you know and issue a refund if necessary.
Q: If I join your allocation program, when will you charge me for the wine? A: In the allocation program we process orders twice a year, in April and in October. Billing will occur on the 1st day of these months.
Q: If I need to withdraw from the allocation program or skip a shipment, is that possible? A: Absolutely. You can skip as many shipments as you like, or remove yourself from the allocation program altogether if you need to. HOWEVER, please submit your request, by email, to skip or cancel prior to the billing day for the nearest upcoming allocation (April 1st or October 1st).
Q: What if I am an allocation member and don't want my wine shipped? A: Even though we don't have a physical location where you can come and pickup your allocation, if you contact us requesting to retrieve your wine personally, certain accommodations can be made within reason.
Q: I'm in your allocation program. What wines will I be receiving? A: If you enroll in our 3-bottle allocation tier, for every shipment you will receive a single bottle of each wine we make. Members that join at a higher volume level will receive duplicates of the same bottles.
Q: Is it possible to buy your wine but not join the allocation program? A: Of course! We encourage you to buy however you wish, but inventory will always be set aside for our allocation program. If we sell out through our online store, there's not much we can do.
Q: Do you have a tasting room that I can visit? A: Presently, no. If all goes well, we will explore the idea of having a physical brick and mortar establishment. We will let you know when that happens!
Q: Do you make any white white, etc.? A: Not at the moment. What you see in our online shop is what we currently feature...but we are not opposed to releasing new varietals down the line.
