Below are the standard/ground shipping rates for sending wine to the states we can ship to. If you are having trouble shipping to a particular state, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue. For those enrolled in our Membership Program, your shipping costs will be discounted in accordance to these rates. Individual orders consisting of 12 bottles or more will be shipped via ground transit on a complimentary basis. Please note that these rates are not permanent and are subject to change at any time with, or without, notice.

For customers looking to receive their wine on an expedited timeline, we can offer overnight, 2-day, and 3-day transit options upon request. Also, please note that during summer months we reserve the right to delay shipments in order to safeguard against potential weather/heat damage. If you have specific concerns regarding delivery and summer shipping, do not hesitate to reach out to us so we can address these matters appropriately.

| Pickup + Local Delivery |
Like most people in this day and age, we begrudgingly tolerate shipping fees as a necessary evil. With that said, we are always happy to accommodate a pickup of your order whenever possible or even deliver it personally (within reason). If you rather not pay for shipping, please email us for instructions on how to either pickup your order or have it delivered locally without transit fees.

| Our Wine Policy |
It is our general policy that by purchasing our wine online, you are openly admitting to being a responsible adult 21 years of age or older. Wine shipments legally require a signature from a responsible adult 21 years or older for delivery to occur. It is not our burden to ensure that the wine is received and it is our expectation and insistence that the customer is able to provide an adequate location for a wine delivery to be successfully completed. Wine deliveries that are not completed due to a lack of a signature are not our responsibility. We will be more than willing to reship an order to a recipient that was not delivered initially, but doing so will result in additional shipping costs incurred by the customer. | Returns + Exchanges |
We stand by the integrity of our wine, so on the rare occasion where a wine is flawed, please let us know and we will replace the bottle at no addition cost. Please note that if a bottle is flawed, we do have the right to request that bottle be sent back to us so that we can conduct testing to ascertain the nature of the flaw. Opened bottles that are returned back to us must have wine remaining in them and should be sealed securely with the original cork. Flawed bottles, using the original shipping packaging, can be shipped to us at the following address:

Bottles that have been damaged during transit may also be replaced at no additional cost, however, if the damage was sustained due to a weather-related incident (extreme heat, extreme cold, etc.) we are not liable. If you are concerned about weather issues at the time of your purchase, please email us with your concern and we will gladly delay your shipment to ship under more ideal conditions. Please also note that we reserve the right to deny any return if we deem that an excessive amount of time has transpired between the purchase date and the return request.
Generally, we do not accept any exchanges of wine and all sales are final. If there is documentation in writing that we made an error on an order and sent the wrong product, we are happy to correct the mistake and exchange bottles.
